By accessing or using Bizcoon (Business Tycoon) ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, refrain from using the Platform.

• "User": Any individual or entity using Bizcoon (registered or unregistered).

• "Business Listings": Profiles created by companies/service providers.

• "Content": Data, text, images, reviews, or materials uploaded to the Platform.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• Do not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  
  

• Must not contain false, misleading, or defamatory content.

• Prohibited:

  • Spam, duplicate, or irrelevant listings.

  • Unauthorized use of trademarks/logos.

  • Adult services, illegal products, or hate speech.

    
    

• Reviews must be honest, non-promotional, and respectful.

• Bizcoon reserves the right to remove fake or malicious reviews.

• Content Removal: Bizcoon may delete listings/reviews violating these Terms.

• Suspension/Termination: Accounts breaching policies may be blocked without notice.

• Verification: Bizcoon may request proof of business legitimacy.

• Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Bizcoon a global license to display it.

• The Bizcoon logo, design, and software are proprietary. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• Paid Listings: Fees for premium services are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• Renewals: Automatic unless canceled before the billing cycle.

• Bizcoon is not responsible for:

  • User-generated content accuracy.

  • Business transactions between users.

  • Technical issues beyond our control.

User data is handled per our Privacy Policy

Bizcoon may update these Terms. Users will be notified via email or Platform notifications.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country/Jurisdiction]. Disputes shall be resolved in [Courts of Jurisdiction].
